These Terms of Use govern your use of Daire Takip CRM. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Seller and service provider

Scope of the service
Daire Takip is cloud-based management software for construction and real-estate companies. Features vary by plan and are published on the pricing page. The service is developed continuously; reasonable notice is given before an existing feature is removed. No specific uptime commitment (SLA) is given.
Fees and payment
Plans other than the free tier are subject to a subscription fee. Prices are indexed to the US dollar and include VAT; collection is in Turkish lira, calculated with the Central Bank foreign-exchange selling rate at the moment of the order and fixed to that order. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Details are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Data Ownership
All data you enter belongs to you (the tenant); you may export it or request its deletion at any time.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to threaten system security.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is"; liability for indirect damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination and refund
You may end your subscription at any time. You have an unconditional refund right within 14 days of payment; see the Cancellation and Refund Policy. On termination your data is not deleted and the account returns to the free plan.
Governing Law
Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices.
