Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used for session management. On the marketing site, Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager) analytics cookies are used for visit statistics; you can decline them at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. No third-party measurement script is loaded inside the application.
Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and restricted via access controls, authorisation and audit logs.
Third Parties
Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties other than the authorised processors required to run the service (hosting, e-mail, the payment institution iyzico). Card details are entered only on iyzico's secure payment page and never reach us.
Mobile App
The Daire Takip CRM mobile app allows access only with an existing user account; no account can be created in the app. Login credentials (e-mail, password, SMS verification code, e-mail link) are processed within the app and the session token is stored securely in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore. Users may optionally enable Face ID or fingerprint as an additional check; this biometric data stays on the device and is never sent to our servers. The camera and photo gallery are used solely to upload apartment or document photos; selected pictures are sent over TLS to the app.dairetakip.com server, and the gallery is never scanned in bulk. For push notifications the device's notification token (Expo push token) is stored on the server and deleted when notifications are disabled or the user logs out. The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting SDKs or location services. Account deletion requests are made from the web panel (Settings > Delete Account) or by writing to dairetakip@gmail.com.
