2. Main characteristics of the service
Subscription access to the cloud-based Daire Takip software for the selected plan (Saha or Ofis) and term (monthly or yearly): project, block and unit management, sales contracts and instalment plans, collection tracking, reporting and plan-dependent extras. Plan limits (projects, units, users) are shown on the pricing page and the order screen.
3. Total price, taxes and currency
List prices are indexed to the US dollar and exclude VAT. When the order is created the lira amount is calculated at the Central Bank selling rate, 20% VAT is added, and the VAT-inclusive total in lira is shown itemised on the order screen and fixed to the order. There are no extra charges, set-up or delivery fees.
4. Payment method
By credit/debit card on the iyzico secure payment page (3D Secure) or by bank transfer. Card details never reach the seller's servers. For bank transfers, quote the order reference in the description; the plan is activated when payment is seen.
5. Delivery (performance) time
There is no physical delivery. For card payments the plan is activated as soon as payment is approved; for bank transfers when the seller sees the payment (as a rule the same business day). A notification is sent. The subscription runs for the selected term and does not renew automatically.
6. Right of withdrawal
A buyer qualifying as a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason; the seller grants every buyer, consumer or not, a 14-day unconditional refund right from the payment date. Send the withdrawal notice to dairetakip@gmail.com quoting the order reference; the refund is made within 14 days by the original payment method. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Complaints and disputes
Complaints and requests are sent to dairetakip@gmail.com and recorded the same business day. Buyers qualifying as consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Contract text and retention
Confirming the order concludes the Distance Sales Agreement; the agreement and this form can be viewed at any time from the buyer's account and on dairetakip.com. Order records are kept by the seller for the statutory retention periods.
